Hearing of Complaints
Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of ROSSIE, County of ST. LAWRENCE, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year, and that a copy has been left with the ROSSIE TOWN CLERK at the Rossie Town Barn, 908 County Route 3, Redwood, NY, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until June 1, 2026. The Tentative Assessment Roll is also available for viewing on the TOWN OF ROSSIE website (RossieNY.gov) or the ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY website (stlawco.gov) per requirement of RPTL section 1590(2)
The assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll at ROSSIE TOWN BARN, 908 County Route 3, Redwood, NY (315-276-5987) on the following days:
Tuesday, May 5 9am-1pm
Saturday, May 9 10am-2pm
Thursday, May 14 4pm-8pm
Wednesday, May 20 12pm-4pm
The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Monday, June 1, 2026, between the hours of 4pm and 8pm in said town at the Rossie Town Barn, to hear an examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
